A Forest Walk

This is the project i worked on for Jeremy Huxley's 6 week CGMA class. It was an incredibly fun project and I learned so much about vegetation and some great workflows on creating foliage assets. Inspiration for this scene came mostly from some forests and national parks in the Seattle/Washington area as well as the Last of Us games and a little bit of Read Dead Redemption 2. All of the assets were hand-sculpted and poly-painted in Zbrush and then composited in substance designer to get the additional maps while tileable materials were all created in Substance Designer.
